Spent the weekend finishing up a bunch of old projects (and some new ones).
[thumb:417:l]First I made a “iPod Sock” for my mp3 player — it’s not really an iPod, but the idea is the same. I ran out of sock yarn so I just put eyelets in the top edge and a drawstring. [...]

[thumb:406:l]Finished the Landscape Scarf (Fibertrends pattern S-2002). This is made of handspun soy silk. I bought the soy silk at the Warwick camp in March, and started knitting at the Ipswich camp in early June. The scarf only weighs about 30g — I have plenty of yarn left to knit another.

One of the blogs I check is Popgadget and they had this neat iPod accessory. Too bad my mp3 player isn’t an iPod (didn’t want to deal with proprietary formats, etc).
I’m done with the assignment marking finally. Missed Night Owls Wednesday night because I was marking. Finally finished at 10pm tonite and [...]
